• When will my order be processed?

    Our team takes 1-5 working days to process packages. Typically, we aim to fulfill all packages within 2-3 working days. Once your package has been processed, a tracking number confirmation email will be sent. Please note that we do not process orders over the weekend and any expedited orders placed after 12.30pm will be processed the next working day.

  • What happens if I refuse your package?

    We are sorry to hear that you rejected your package! Once our team receives your returned package, we will process a refund for the items, minus shipping costs.

  • Will I be able to track the movements of my package?

    Of course, when your package leaves our warehouses, you will be sent an email with a tracking code to follow the movements of your package

Terms and conditions

INTRODUCTION

The products purchased on adhena.it are sold directly by Adhena di Debora of Naples (CF DNPDBR92M55L259O and VAT no. 10066291211 – type of business 479100).
Internet sales are governed by Legislative Decree no. 6 September 2005. 206 and Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70.
Customers are advised to read the General Conditions each time they visit the website www.adhena.it.
The validation of the order will be considered acceptance of the General Conditions, without any possible appeal.
By accessing the Site, Customers undertake to respect the General Conditions and the Conditions of Use detailed on the same.
All commercial relationships between Adhena Swimwear and Customers are governed exclusively by the following general conditions of sale, excluding any other agreement, unless agreed in writing. Placing an online order also implies full acceptance of the following conditions.

EXECUTION OF AN ORDER

Orders can be placed via the Internet on the Site: www.adhena.it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

PRICES

All sales prices indicated on the Site are expressed in euros and are to be considered VAT included.
Prices do not include delivery costs.
Delivery costs in Italy are always borne by the Customers and are invoiced once the order is completed in addition to the price of the costumes.

TRANSPORT CONDITIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping costs are paid by the customer for all purchases in Italy, Europe and the rest of the world starting from the cost of €6-8 up to €35 for intercontinental shipments.

Upon arrival of the material, the customer undertakes to collect it.

What to do upon delivery:

Check that the package is in good condition and that the packaging has not been tampered with;

In case of non-compliance or apparent damage:

– Refuse the delivery and fill out the acceptance form indicating the problem encountered
– Return the package to the courier;
– Send a report to Customer Service at adhena.swimwear@gmail.com describing what happened within the following 48 hours and indicating the order number.

To allow Adhena Swimwear to contact them if necessary, Customers are asked to indicate:

– A working email address

– A landline telephone number

– A mobile phone number

Management of failed deliveries

Recipient absent

After the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the absence of the recipient, a notification will be sent to him via text message/

email (for the purposes of providing the notification service, the sending customer must provide Poste with the recipient's contact details). The recipient will have the

possibility to exercise the release option by midnight by selecting the link provided in the notification. In cases where the recipient does not

exercise the release option within the indicated time, the second delivery attempt will take place automatically the day after the first

attempt.

In case of failure to deliver even on the second attempt, the employee will leave a new notice with the details of the Post Office/Operations Center

where the shipment will be stored. The recipient will be able to collect the shipment at the Post Office/Operations Center in the following 7 working days.

If the recipient fails to collect the shipment within the storage deadlines, the shipment will be sent to the sender.

PAYMENTS

Adhena Swimwear offers its customers the following payment options: PayPal and with credit cards via Paypal.
All transmitted data is encrypted and transmitted directly to the secure server.
Nobody, not even Adhena Swimwear, is able to know the details of the credit cards used, as the data is decrypted by the bank under the authorization of your credit card company only at the time of the transaction.
Furthermore, this information will never be reused except to issue the relevant refunds in the event of any returns.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without no penalty, except as indicated below:
The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product;
The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts, including packaging and any documentation;
By law, the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the customer and the return can be made within 14 days of receiving the purchased item.
The shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Adhena Swimwear will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain a refund the value of the property (if insured); Adhena Swimwear is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
For a cash refund, if the original shipping had been discounted, if the amount of the products remaining in your possession after the return no longer meets the conditions for being entitled to free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Regardless of the reimbursement method chosen, any discount applied to the order resulting from the use of other discount coupons may be deducted from the amount of the returned products, in whole or in part.
Adhena Swimwear reserves the right to cancel and refund all or part of the customer's purchase order without the need to provide explanations.
Adhena Swimwear reserves the right not to accept the Order, or to withdraw from the completed sales contract, promptly notifying the Customer at the email address indicated in the Order
To exercise the right of return, the customer must send Adhena Swimwear a communication to this effect, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Adhena Swimwear will refund the customer the entire amount already paid, within 14 days of the return of the goods, by reversing the amount charged to the credit card or Paypal account.
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Adhena Swimwear ascertains:
The lack of the original package and/or packaging;
The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, etc..);
Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Adhena Swimwear will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
We also remind you that if the order has been shipped free of charge and the total value of the post-refund order no longer meets the free shipping conditions, the shipping value will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Adhena Swimwear, after receiving the product and having verified its integrity, will refund the customer exclusively the price of the product.

DISPUTES AND LIABILITY

These General Conditions are governed by Italian laws.

For all disputes resulting from the interpretation and/or execution of these General Conditions, the Court of Naples will be competent

The company reserves the right to modify the aforementioned conditions of sale in the future.
